Each training program is unique because each body is unique.
All sessions will begin with a simple assessment of how you are moving. These are interactive sessions designed to foster body awareness which is the first step in achieving change in the body. You will learn anatomy and gain an understanding of what your body needs to be healthy and functional. We view segmental movement of the spine and hips as a pillar of health and it will be included in all of our programs.
