PROJECT: BREATHE
This adventure is designed to support your physical and emotional well-being through just 6 minutes a day of guided breathwork. It’s simple, impactful, and proven* to help reduce stress, increase focus, and improve overall resilience. Next cohort begins September 2025.
Daily live breathwork sessions will begin at 9:30am PDT (UTC/GMT -7 hours), with the Zoom room opening at 9:25am PDT to allow you time to settle in and get comfortable. If you have questions, please post them in the zoom chat.

I’m a Functional Movement Coach helping people relieve pain and feel more comfortable in their body.
I empower people to take an active role in healing themselves through education, body awareness, and skill-based coaching sessions that start with the fundamentals of movement. By releasing muscle tension and restoring alignment, people can move with greater ease and efficiency. I have successfully treated people who have endured chronic pain, soft tissue injuries, postural imbalances, instability, and limited range of motion. My goal as a personal trainer and bodyworker is to help people move without pain and improve their quality of life.
