I’m a Functional Movement Coach helping people relieve pain and feel more comfortable in their body.  

I empower people to take an active role in healing themselves through education, body awareness, and skill-based coaching sessions that start with the fundamentals of movement.   By releasing muscle tension and restoring alignment, people can move with greater ease and efficiency.  I have successfully treated people who have endured chronic pain, soft tissue injuries, postural imbalances, instability, and limited range of motion.  My goal as a personal trainer and bodyworker is to help people move without pain and improve their quality of life.
